‘Matrubhoomi Charitable Trust’s RNS Vidyaniketan’ is sponsored by Hubli Dharwad Bunts Sangha, Hubli in the year 2010.
Hubli Dharwad Bunts Sangha is established in the year 1974 with noble objective of encouraging education for all irrespective of cast, community and creed, to provide medical aid facilities to the needy people of the society and to provide relief to the poor people.
The Sangha and ‘Matrubhoomi Charitable Trust RNS Vidyaniketan’ organized various medical camps like Dental Checkup camps jointly with SDM College of Dental Science and Hospital, Sattur, Dharwad, Heart check-up camp jointly with Manipal Heart Foundation, Banglore, Eye check-up camp jointly with M.M Joshi Eye Hospital, Hosur, Hubli and conducted many more medical camps.
The Trust also distributed Scholarship to poor and meritorious students and distributed books and stationery to the poor students for the past many years.
‘RNS Vidyaniketan’ is one of the Prestigious Institutions in Northern part of Karnataka. The ‘RNS Vidyaniketan’ is having classes from Pre Nursery to Vth standard at present and will add classes up to PUC and Graduation Courses in the years to come.
We sincerely remember with gratitude the patronage and noble contribution of great Philanthropist Dr.R.N. Shetty who is the guiding force behind our activities. Donors from our community also have given commendable support for construction of school building and to serve the noble cause of education.
